Delivery Service
We aim to deliver your bed within 5-10 working days from the date of order, however, some deliveries might take up to 12 working days.
Deliveries are completed from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7am to 8pm, you will receive a call before delivery, the delivery date, and time-slot will be agreed with you beforehand.
The courier will call about 30 min before delivery.
Free delivery to mainland UK, there are few postal codes where the delivery charges apply.
We use our company vehicles and local couriers to deliver your beds, all products will be handled perfectly from loading into the vehicle to your bedroom.

Failed Delivery
After agreeing with the delivery date and a delivery time-slot, if no one at home to accept the delivery, there will be a £25 surcharge to re-arrange the delivery, to avoid any issue, please contact us 24" hours before delivery and we will re-arrange the delivery of your product without any charge.

We will try to resolve your issue by refund you full payment or replacement.
Any damage should be reported with 24 hours by email photographic evidence of damages.
