To maintain the trust we have built over the years we provide our customers with our manufacturer’s guarantee. We provide a minimum two year guarantee with almost all of our products. If this is otherwise, it will be clearly stated.

Any of the faults related to materials and quality in the components of our product come under this guarantee. However terms and conditions will also be considered in accordance with the law accepted by our store.

The product (beds, mattresses, bed frames) will be subjected to VizBed's guarantee if it has a manufacturing fault noticed by our customer.

• Get replacement of the defective parts instead of replacing the full product
• Get replacement of the faulty product with a similar new piece, or get a replacement with the best possible alternative as agreed with you.
