The average delivery take about 3-7 working days from the date of the order, we use our company vehicles to deliver the product at customers house, we have dedicated distribution team who work around the clock to make sure all products should be deliver in time and in perfect condition

Delivery information

  • Once we have received your order, you receive a welcome call within 24 hours of order and the order processed by our team
  • Your order will be inspected by a dedicated quality control team to ensure that the product is perfect in all round
  • Once the order is ready and authorized by quality control team, you will receive a call and email about delivery confirming delivery date and delivery time-slot
  • You will receive a text message a day before delivery confirming delivery date and delivery time-slot

Access to Property

Please check measurements before order, Viz-Beds will not be liable if you cannot take the bed at your room, please measure your entrance, hallway, staircase and any other areas which need to go through, please ensure that you can take the bed inside the room before order, as this is not valid reason for return.

Damage

All furniture delivered by our company vehicles and we make sure that the product should be delivered in excellent condition. 

Please do not accept delivery if the product is damaged, if you found product damaged after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours by email only info@vizbeds.co.uk with photographic evidence for proof of damaged, we will arrange to send you free replacement.

If any problems with our delivery service can be reported and resolved with ease and efficiency.

Recycling Service

Collection of old bed service is available with extra £65, and this is service is on Cash on collection, the courier team will collect cash for recycling service (One bed + One mattress), if you need any further information, please contact on 01924 609595 for further detail

Failed Delivery

After agreeing with the delivery date and a delivery time-slot, if no one at home to accept the delivery, there will be a £30 surcharge to re-arrange the delivery, to avoid any issue, please contact us 24 hours before delivery, and we will re-arrange the delivery of your product without any charge. If you are not happy with delivery service or product, please contact us on 01924 609595, and we will take an action immediately to resolve the issue.

Yes, we offer weekend delivery free of charge, however this make take longer to deliver, please leave a note before checkout that you want delivery on weekend and we will arrange accordingly.

We provide assembly service, with extra £49, please tick the assembly box while purchasing the beds. for further detail, this service is available on UK mainland only
