Delivery Information

Our average delivery takes about 4-10 working days from the date of the order.  We use our company vehicles to deliver the product to our customer's house.  We have a dedicated distribution team who work around the clock to make sure all products should be delivered in time and in perfect condition.

• Once we receive your order, you will receive a welcome call within 48 hours and the order is processed by our team
• Your order will be inspected by a dedicated quality control team to ensure that the product is perfect
• Once the order is ready and authorized by our quality control team, you will receive a call and email about delivery confirming delivery date and a delivery time-slot
• You will receive a text message a day before delivery confirming delivery date and a delivery time-slot

Please check measurements before you order; Viz-Beds will not be liable if you cannot move the bed to your room.  Please measure your entrance, hallway, staircase and any other areas which the item will need to go through.  Please ensure that you can move the bed inside the destination room before you place your order as this is not valid reason for returning it.

All furniture is delivered by our company vehicles and we make sure that the product should be delivered in excellent condition. Please do not accept delivery if the product is damaged.  If you find the product is damaged after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours by email only at info@vizbeds.co.uk with photographic evidence for proof of damage.  We will arrange to send you a free replacement. Any problems with our delivery service can be reported and resolved with ease and efficiency.

Our collection of old bed service is available for an extra £65, and this service is cash only.  The courier team will collect the cash for our recycling service (one bed + one mattress).  If you need any further information, please contact us on 01924 609595 for further details.

Once you have agreed the delivery date and delivery time-slot, if no one is at home to accept the delivery there will be a £30 surcharge to re-arrange the delivery.  To avoid any issues, please contact us 24 hours before delivery, and we will re-arrange the delivery of your product without any charge. If you are not happy with delivery service or product, please contact us on 01924 609595, and we will take action immediately to resolve the issue

We offer free delivery over weekend, however this might take up to 12 working days, if you would like weekend delivery, please leave a note at checkout and we will arrange weekend delivery for you without any extra charge

Free delivery to most parts of the UK, however, there are few postal codes where the delivery charges apply, please make the post codes before order
