  • How long to deliver the product?

    The average delivery take about 4 - 10 working days from the date of order, you will receive a call and will confirm delivery date and delivery time-slot.

  • What happens if I’m not at home to accept delivery?

    We will contact you before delivery, if you agree to accept delivery, and you are not at home, we will re-arrange the delivery for you, there will be extra £30 to re-arrange the delivery, however if you contact us 24 hours before delivery, there will not be any delivery charges to re-arrange.

  • How to assemble the product?

    All our products are UK HAND MADE, and very easy to assemble, however, if you have any issue to assemble the bed, please contact us

  • How much I have to pay for assembly of my bed?

    We provide assembly service, with extra £50, please contact us on 1924 609595 for further detail, this service available on UK mainland only,

  • Any guarantee of the product?

    All our beds come with 3 years Manufacturer's Guarantee, if there is manufacture any fault, we will try to fix the issue at your property, if not possible, then we will replace the product for you.

  • I don’t like the product, how to return the product?

    All our products are handmade products, mean we will make your product as per your specification, if you will have any issue with the product, we will fix the issue or will send you replacement product free of charge, however if you want to return the product without any reason as you don’t like, there will be £70 charges for collection, £70 will be deducted from your payment and rest will be refunded back to your account upon collection.

  • I am not sure which colour I need, can I request sample fabrics?

    Please click on free order swathes on top right corner of website, and pick up 5 swatches, and complete the information, we will send your free sample by first class delivery.

  • How to dispose of my old bed?

    Collection of old bed service is available with extra £69, (One bed + One mattress) subject to post codes, please contact on +44 1924 609595.

  • What to do if I received damaged product?

    Please do not accept delivery if the product is damaged, if you found product damaged after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours by email only info@vizbeds.co.uk with photographic evidence for proof of damaged, we will arrange to send you free replacement.
