Summary
The average delivery takes about 4-10 working days from the date of the order. We use our company vehicles to deliver the product to the customer's house.  We have a dedicated distribution team who work around the clock to make sure all products should be delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Delivery information
  • Once we have received your order, you receive a welcome call within 48 hours of order and the order processed by our team
  • Your order will be inspected by a dedicated quality control team to ensure that the product is perfect in all round
  • Once the order is ready and authorized by quality control team, you will receive a call and email about delivery confirming delivery date and delivery time-slot
  • You will receive a text message a day before delivery confirming delivery date and delivery time-slot
Access to Property
Please check measurements before order, Viz-Beds will not be liable if you cannot take the bed to your room.  Please measure your entrance, hallway, staircase and any other areas which the bed needs to go through.  Please ensure that you can take the bed inside the room before you order as this is not a valid reason for return.
Damage
All furniture is delivered by our company vehicles and we make sure that the product should be delivered in excellent condition. Please do not accept delivery if the product is damaged.  
If you find the product is damaged after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours by email only on info@vizbeds.co.uk with photographic evidence for proof of damage.  We will arrange to send you a free replacement. Any problems with our delivery service can be reported and resolved with ease and efficiency.
Recycling Service
Our collection of old bed service is available for an extra £65, and this service is cash only.  The courier team will collect cash for recycling service (One bed + One mattress).  If you need any further information, please contact us on 01924 609595 for further detail.
Failed Delivery
If after agreeing a delivery date and a delivery time-slot no one at home to accept the delivery, there will be a £30 surcharge to re-arrange the delivery.  To avoid any issue, please contact us 24 hours before the delivery, and we will re-arrange the delivery of your product without any charge. If you are not happy with our delivery service or product, please contact us on 01924 609595, and we will take action immediately to resolve the issue.
Free Weekend Delivery
We offer free delivery over weekend, however this might take up to 12 working days.  If you would like weekend delivery, please leave a note at checkout and we will arrange weekend delivery for you without any extra charge.
Free delivery
Free delivery is available to most parts of the UK.  However there are a few postcodes where delivery charges apply.  Please check the post codes (see below) before you order.
Assembly Service
We provide an assembly service for an extra £49.  Please tick the assembly box while purchasing the beds.  This service is available on UK mainland only.  If you need any further information, please contact us on 01924 609595.

There is an additional £40 delivery charge to the following postcodes:
BH, CA, CT, DG, FK, IP, KA, KY, NR, SY, PA, SA
There is an additional £95 delivery charge to the following postcodes:
AB, DD, DT, EX, LD, LL, PH, PL, TA, TQ, TR
No delivery service
Sorry, we don't deliver to the following locations

  • No delivery to Channel Islands
  • No delivery to Isle of Man
  • No delivery to Scottish Highlands
  • No delivery to Northern/Southern Ireland
