We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with VizBeds , we are so confident that your order will go smoothly, Every item is made-to-order, exclusively made for individual, and fully inspected by quality control team before leaving our business premises, this will be very unlikely that you will receive faulty product, however, if you receive faulty or incorrect product, please call our Customer Services Team on 01924 609595 within 48 hrs of delivery if you realize your item is faulty, and please call that we have delivered the wrong item. We will try to resolve your issue by refund your full payment or replacement.
Any damage should be reported with 24 hours by email, photographic evidence of damages.
We will not accept a return due to the wrong size or colour or does not fit at your bedroom.
If you decide to return your item due to any reason, there will be £50 collection charges, the product should be unopened and unused, if the product is used, or out of packing, we can't accept the return unless there is fault in product
