Choosing Vizbeds is not a bed idea
I bought a new bed for the first time from Viz beds. I ordered samples initially to choose the right fabric and Kamran kept in touch to keep me updated on the progress of my bed. It was delivered quicker than I expected and was much sturdier and heavy duty than expected. No complaints!
I paid for assembly and the assembly men were really efficient, helpful, polite and even took their shoes off before entering which I felt was really respectful for my carpets. The bed looks amazing and I am really happy with the appearance and robust quality I received. I would recommend Vizbeds.

Awesome...
My experience with Viz Beds was first class from start to finish. I previously ordered a different bed from an alternative company but we live in a very old cottage and it wouldn't go up the stairs to my daughter's bedroom. I contacted Viz Beds who tailor made the headboard to fit the requirements. What I didn't realise was that the base of the bed would also be problematic! The delivery guys were so polite and helpful and they spoke with Viz Beds who agreed to modify the base of the bed so that it would fit. It was delivered modified within days and the fitting was seamless. The whole experience was just brilliant. Each person we encountered was so helpful. My daughter loves her new bed.

Exceptional..
Exceptional customer service, stunning beds and prompt, efficient delivery. Kamran and his team are second to none. Their quality, responsiveness and design expertise is unparalleled. I have purchased beds from elsewhere but Viz Beds will now become the only place I go to given the “wow” factor of their products and service. Highly recommended.
